This workshop is deigned to:
- Help you Achieve real clarity about export marketing objectives.
- Help identify, establish and communicate a strong Value Proposition for export markets.
- Provide guidance with a strong export development plan – built around that Value Proposition
- Address the export marketing mix:-
- Defining the solution / offering to be provided to the customer
- Building the channel
- Establishing a communication and sales plan for export markets
- Ensure that participants implement that plan in a way that complies with regulation, and generates cash.
Following the workshops each participant will receive one half day 1:1 mentoring session to help you apply what you have learned to your business.

- The booking fee is refundable if more than 10 working days’ notice of cancellation is given.
